Why are some of your items labeled as "Pre-Order"?
We offer new items quarterly, meaning that once we sell out, we may not bring them back. We offer items as pre-order because they have either not been made yet, or they are being brought back after being sold out.
How long does shipping take?
An order for only bummies is typically shipped in 1-2 business days. If your order includes a bodysuit, we typically ship in 3-5 business days. All of our orders ship from Dallas, TX.
Pre-ordered items typically ship within 6-8 weeks. If your order includes some pre-ordered items and others that are not pre-ordered, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item is available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep, we do, although international shipping is not part of our free shipping guarantee.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, it is generally processed within 3-5 business days. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
May I cancel my order?
Once you place an order, we often start working right away to get your items to you. Because of this, we cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. We don't want to wait a certain amount of time before working on your order to allow for cancellations because we want you to get your order as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Since our items are for babies, we cannot accept returns. We want every baby to receive a new, unworn item.
Do you accept exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
How secure is my info?
We process all of our orders through Shopify, which is a huge e-commerce website that is highly secure. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using SSL technology, which is widely used across the Internet. It is not saved.
